ต้องทำยังไงบ้าง --> Well, I'd recommend you to relax and be prepared to listen to what God wants to say to you... That's all.. Are you familiar with Spiritual Exercise of St. Ignatius? If not, Suan Jed Rin will be the place for you to learn about it. You may like this strategy of prayer... :) .. Anyway, just relax... but if you can't relax or you have any specific reason to retreat, like you'd like to make decision of something important to your life, just tell that to your spiritual director. You need to contact one of them.

It's good that you can have a personal retreat director. But the center is usually occupied. ... Sometimes you may get just a place to retreat but no retreat director available.... In that case, you may decide either to retreat or not to retreat. If you'd like to go retreat anyway, you have to prepare the schedule of prayer yourself..... But it's also fine if you want just to spend a silent time with the Lord.... So, it's up to your intention to retreat... :)
