17) พ่อเทศน์และคืนดีกับคนบาป พ่อรักษาคนเจ็บป่วย พ่อต้อนรับเด็กๆ พ่อสอนและพัฒนาสานุศิษย์ของพ่อ พ่อเลี้ยงฝูงชนที่หิวโหยด้วยอัศจรรย์ ผลประโยชน์ และการสนทนา พ่อถ่ายเทหัวใจของพ่อที่หลั่งไหลด้วยความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ไม่มีที่สิ้นสุดและปราศจากการแห้งเหือด

พระเยซูเจ้าทรงทวีขนมปังครั้งแรก
13เมื่อพระเยซูเจ้าทรงทราบข่าวนี้ ได้เสด็จออกจากที่นั่น ลงเรือไปยังที่สงัดตามลำพังเมื่อประชาชนรู้ต่างก็เดินเท้าจากเมืองต่าง ๆ มาเฝ้าพระองค์ 14เมื่อเสด็จขึ้นจากเรือ ทรงเห็นประชาชนมากมายก็ทรงสงสาร และทรงรักษาผู้เจ็บป่วยให้หายจากโรค 15เมื่อถึงเวลาเย็น บรรดาศิษย์เข้ามาทูลพระองค์ว่า “สถานที่นี้เป็นที่เปลี่ยว และเป็นเวลาเย็นมากแล้ว ขอพระองค์ทรงอนุญาตให้ประชาชนไปตามหมู่บ้านเพื่อซื้ออาหารเถิด” 16พระเยซูเจ้าตรัสว่า “เขาไม่จำเป็นต้องไปจากที่นี่ ท่านทั้งหลายจงหาอาหารให้เขากินเถิด” 17เขาทูลตอบว่า “ที่นี่เรามีขนมปังเพียงห้าก้อนกับปลาสองตัวเท่านั้น” 18พระองค์จึงตรัสว่า “เอามาให้เราที่นี่เถิด” 19พระองค์ทรงสั่งให้ประชาชนนั่งลงบนพื้นหญ้า ทรงรับขนมปังห้าก้อนกับปลาสองตัวขึ้นมา ทรงแหงนพระพักตร์ขึ้นมองท้องฟ้า ทรงกล่าวถวายพระพร ทรงบิขนมปังส่งให้บรรดาศิษย์ไปแจกแก่ประชาชน 20ทุกคนได้กินจนอิ่ม แล้วยังเก็บเศษที่เหลือได้ถึงสิบสองกระบุง 21จำนวนคนที่กินมีผู้ชายประมาณห้าพันคน ไม่นับผู้หญิงและเด็ก
SUNDAY AUGUST 2, 2020 – EIGHTEENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME
GOSPEL - MT 14:13-21

When Jesus heard of the death of John the Baptist, he withdrew in a boat to a deserted place by himself. The crowds heard of this and followed him on foot from their towns. When he disembarked and saw the vast crowd, his heart was moved with pity for them, and he cured their sick. When it was evening, the disciples approached him and said, “This is a deserted place and it is already late; dismiss the crowds so that they can go to the villages and buy food for themselves.” Jesus said to them, “There is no need for them to go away; give them some food yourselves.”
But they said to him, “Five loaves and two fish are all we have here.” Then he said, “Bring them here to me,” and he ordered the crowds to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he said the blessing, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples, who in turn gave them to the crowds. They all ate and were satisfied, and they picked up the fragments left over twelve wicker baskets full. Those who ate were about five thousand men, not counting women and children.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church
1335 The miracles of the multiplication of the loaves, when the Lord says the blessing, breaks and distributes the loaves through his disciples to feed the multitude, prefigure the superabundance of this unique bread of his Eucharist. The sign of water turned into wine at Cana already announces the Hour of Jesus’ glorification. It makes manifest the fulfillment of the wedding feast in the Father’s kingdom, where the faithful will drink the new wine that has become the Blood of Christ.

สวัสดีครับ วันนี้ผมขอเสนอบทความเสริมศรัทธา อาทิตย์ที่ 19 เทศกาลธรรมดา 9 สิงหาคม 2020 จากการรณรงค์ที่ยิ่งใหญ่แห่งความรัก (From " The Great Crusade is Love" ของคุณคาทาลินา ริวาส/ Testimony of the Catalina Rivas CL-116:3)

3) ลูกต้องการที่จะเดินผ่านน้ำที่แปรปรวนของมนุษยชาติอย่างปลอดภัยหรือไม่ จงฟังสิ่งที่พ่อจะบอกลูก: อย่ากลัว เพราะความกลัวทําลายความเชื่อ ความวางใจเพิ่มพูนความเชื่อ พ่อรู้ดีว่าการเรียกของพ่อมีอะไรตามมาด้วย พ่อได้ตรวจวิจัยล่วงหน้าถึงแผนสํารองและความเป็นไปได้ทั้งหลายแหล่ ถ้าพ่อเรียกลูก มันเป็นความจริงที่ลูกจะสามารถเอาชนะเล่ห์เหลี่ยมของซาตาน เพราะพ่อช่วยลูกตลอดเวลา

GOSPEL - MT 14:22-33

After he had fed the people, Jesus made the disciples get into a boat and precede him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowds. After doing so, he went up on the mountain by himself to pray. When it was evening he was there alone. Meanwhile the boat, already a few miles offshore, was being tossed about by the waves, for the wind was against it. During the fourth watch of the night, he came toward them walking on the sea. When the disciples saw him walking on the sea they were terrified. “It is a ghost,” they said, and they cried out in fear. At once Jesus spoke to them, “Take courage, it is I; do not be afraid.” Peter said to him in reply, “Lord, if it is you, command me to come to you on the water.” He said, “Come.” Peter got out of the boat and began to walk on the water toward Jesus. But when he saw how strong the wind was he became frightened; and, beginning to sink, he cried out, “Lord, save me!” Immediately Jesus stretched out his hand and caught Peter, and said to him, “O you of little faith, why did you doubt?” After they got into the boat, the wind died down. Those who were in the boat did him homage, saying, “Truly, you are the Son of God.”
The Catechism of the Catholic Church
2602 Jesus often draws apart to pray in solitude, on a mountain, preferably at night. He includes all men in his prayer, for he has taken on humanity in his incarnation, and he offers them to the Father when he offers himself. Jesus, the Word who has become flesh, shares by his human prayer in all that “his brethren” experience; he sympathizes with their weaknesses in order to free them. It was for this that the Father sent him. His words and works are the visible manifestation of his prayer in secret.

3) Do you want to walk safely through the waters of your unstable humanity? Listen to what I tell you: do not be afraid, because fear destroys faith while trust reinforces it. I knew well what My call implied and I have assessed beforehand all contingencies and possibilities. And if I have called you, it is true that you can defeat Satan’s astuteness, because I assist you at all times.

6) ข้าแต่พระองค์ ผู้ทรงประทับบนสวรรค์ชั้นสูงสุด ที่มองเห็นความมหึมาของความเจ็บป่วยของลูก และรู้ว่าอะไรควรเป็นผลที่ต้องตามมา มีแต่พระองค์เท่านั้นที่สามารถให้ลูกเป็นอิสระจากสิ่งเหล่านั้น พระองค์เพียงเอ่ยคําเดียวก็เพียงพอที่จะให้สุขภาพแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์แก่ลูก

GOSPEL - MT 15:21-28
At that time, Jesus withdrew to the region of Tyre and Sidon. And behold, a Canaanite woman of that district came and called out, “Have pity on me, Lord, Son of David!
My daughter is tormented by a demon.” But Jesus did not say a word in answer to her. Jesus’ disciples came and asked him, “Send her away, for she keeps calling out after us.” He said in reply, “I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
But the woman came and did Jesus homage, saying, “Lord, help me.” He said in reply, “It is not right to take the food of the children and throw it to the dogs.”
She said, “Please, Lord, for even the dogs eat the scraps that fall from the table of their masters.” Then Jesus said to her in reply, “O woman, great is your faith!
Let it be done for you as you wish.” And the woman’s daughter was healed from that hour.

2610 Just as Jesus prays to the Father and gives thanks before receiving his gifts, so he teaches us filial boldness: “Whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you receive it, and you will.” Such is the power of prayer and of faith that does not doubt: “all things are possible to him who believes.” Jesus is as saddened by the “lack of faith” of his own neighbors and the “little faith” of his own disciples as he is struck with admiration at the great faith of the Roman centurion and the Canaanite woman.

6) Lord, You who from the highest heavens sees the enormity of my ills, and what should be their consequences, only You can free me of them. You have only to utter a single word to give me perfect health.
7) You went everywhere seeking the sick and you healed their illnesses. You exhaled a virtue which gave health to those who approached You. Today, you give Your own blood to drink and Your own body to eat in order to heal all the sick of the world, and I think: What other doctor but You would sacrifice His own life to save the life of his patient?

1) Today I want you to bring Me a legion of souls redeemed with My blood. Not the souls who live by My sacramental love, not even great sinners that need to be healed of their terrible wounds, but the other sheep, the souls of the infidels, the poor atheists. Visit Me on behalf of all of them.
2) They do not know Me and have never heard My voice; nobody had preached My Gospel to them; they have not received My Sacraments.
3) They live enveloped in the darkness of idolatry and paganism, adoring their false gods in whom the evil one lives, and they go on their way to eternal damnation.

GOSPEL - MT 16:13-20
Jesus went into the region of Caesarea Philippi and he asked his disciples, “Who do people say that the Son of Man is?” They replied, “Some say John the Baptist, others Elijah, still others Jeremiah or one of the prophets.” He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter said in reply, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.” Jesus said to him in reply, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah. For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my heavenly Father. And so I say to you, you are Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of the netherworld shall not prevail against it. I will give you the keys to the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” Then he strictly ordered his disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ.
The Catechism of the Catholic Church
553 Jesus entrusted a specific authority to Peter: “I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.” The “power of the keys” designates authority to govern the house of God, which is the Church. Jesus, the Good Shepherd, confirmed this mandate after his Resurrection: “Feed my sheep.” The power to “bind and loose” connotes the authority to absolve sins, to pronounce doctrinal judgments, and to make disciplinary decisions in the Church. Jesus entrusted this authority to the Church through the ministry of the apostles and in particular through the ministry of Peter, the only one to whom he specifically entrusted the keys of the kingdom.
881 The Lord made Simon alone, whom he named Peter, the “rock” of his Church. He gave him the keys of his Church and instituted him shepherd of the whole flock. “The office of binding and loosing which was given to Peter was also assigned to the college of apostles united to its head.” This pastoral office of Peter and the other apostles belongs to the Church’s very foundation and is continued by the bishops under the primacy of the Pope.

I know very well what it means to be My Vicar, to act on behalf of Me, to take upon oneself the immense responsibility of looking after My flock. That is why I gave Peter great gifts. I made him experience My Omnipotence so that his lack of strength should not be an obstacle to My work.

4) ถึงกระนั้นก็ดี ถ้าลูกต้องการติดตามพ่อ พ่อได้เตรียมการล่วงหน้าของงานชิ้นใหญ่ในวิญญานของลูกๆ และเมื่อถึงจุดสุดท้าย พ่อจะบอกลูกถึงสิ่งที่ลูกไม่สามารถรู้ได้ในขณะนี้ อัศจรรย์ต่างๆเป็นการรับรู้ถึงความเป็นพระเป็นเจ้าที่ทรงอำนาจไม่สิ้นสุดของพ่อ สิ่งต่างๆที่พ่อทําก็เพื่อให้ลูกรู้ว่าเป็นพระประสงค์ของพ่อซึ่งเต็มเปี่ยมไปด้วยความดีงามต่อทุกคน

8) จงรําลึกถึงคืนวันนั้นของพ่อและของลูก ลูกยังอยู่กับพ่อในคืนเหล่านั้นที่พระศาสนจักรของพ่อได้ประสบพบผ่าน พ่อขอบอกลูกอีกครั้งว่า ในขณะที่ชุมพาบาลถูกทําร้าย และลูกที่เป็นแกะในคอกของพ่อตกอยู่ในอันตรายของการถูกทําให้แตกกระจาย พ่อไม่ได้ปล่อยลูกให้อยู่ตามลําพัง เหมือนที่ได้เกิดขึ้นกับเปโตรและผู้อื่น ลูกอยู่กับพ่อเหมือนคําสัญญาของพ่อที่ให้ลูก พ่อไม่ได้ปล่อยลูกให้เป็น

ถ้าพ่อรื้อฟื้นความทรมานเพราะความรักร้อนรุ่มของพ่อท่ามกลางพวกลูก มันเป็นผลประโยชน์จําเพาะเจาะจงของพวกลูก และลูกไม่ควรที่จะสนองตอบต่อของขวัญต่างๆของพ่อเหมือนกับเป็นการลงโทษต่างๆ

"จงตามพ่อ" พ่อบอกลูกแบบนี้นะ ตามพ่อวันนี้ถ้าเห็นพ่อก้าวย่างไปพบศัตรูทั้งหลายของพ่อ ลูกไม่ต้องกลัวเพราะว่าลูกรักพระผู้ทรงศักดาพระองค์นั้น จงตามพ่อ เพราะเลยออกไปจากขบวนแถวของพวกศัตรูของพ่อ ความรักที่เกินความคิดจินตนาการ และรางวัลรอลูกๆอยู่แล้ว
พระเยซูเจ้าทรงทำนายเรื่องพระทรมานเป็นครั้งแรก
21ตั้งแต่นั้นมาพระเยซูเจ้าทรงเริ่มแจ้งแก่บรรดาศิษย์ว่า พระองค์จะต้องเสด็จไปกรุงเยรูซาเล็มเพื่อรับการทรมานอย่างมากจากบรรดาผู้อาวุโส หัวหน้าสมณะและธรรมาจารย์ จะถูกประหารชีวิต แต่จะทรงกลับคืนพระชนมชีพในวันที่สาม

Jesus began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer greatly
from the elders, the chief priests, and the scribes, and be killed and on the third day be raised. Then Peter took Jesus aside and began to rebuke him, “God forbid, Lord! No such thing shall ever happen to you.” He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind me, Satan! You are an obstacle to me. You are thinking not as God does, but as human beings do.” Then Jesus said to his disciples, “Whoever wishes to come after me must deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it. What profit would there be for one to gain the whole world and forfeit his life? Or what can one give in exchange for his life? For the Son of Man will come with his angels in his Father’s glory, and then he will repay all according to his conduct.”

554 From the day Peter confessed that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God, the Master “began to show his disciples that he must go to Jerusalem and suffer many things... and be killed, and on the third day be raised.” Peter scorns this prediction, nor do the others understand it any better than he. In this context the mysterious episode of Jesus’ Transfiguration takes place on a high mountain, before three witnesses chosen by himself: Peter, James, and John. Jesus’ face and clothes become dazzling with light, and Moses and Elijah appear, speaking “of his departure, which he was to accomplish at Jerusalem.” A cloud covers him and a voice from heaven says: “This is my Son, my Chosen; listen to him!”
618 The cross is the unique sacrifice of Christ, the “one mediator between God and men.” But because in his incarnate divine person he has in some way united himself to every man, “the possibility of being made partners, in a way known to God, in the paschal mystery” is offered to all men. He calls his disciples to “take up [their] cross and follow [him],”for “Christ also suffered for [us], leaving [us] an example so that [we] should follow in his steps.” In fact Jesus desires to associate with his redeeming sacrifice those who were to be its first beneficiaries. This is achieved supremely in the case of his mother, who was associated more intimately than any other person in the mystery of his redemptive suffering. Apart from the cross there is no other ladder by which we may get to heaven.

4) ….. Yet, if you want to follow Me, I am predisposing a great work in your souls, and at the end I will let you know what you cannot know now. The miracles themselves are but perceptions of My Omnipotence; things that I do, in order to let you know My Will, which is full of goodness for everyone.
5) He who follows Me will find Me, not as he had imagined Me, but much more real, much more transcendent. The lights here below are given for the great light above. Here you experience divinely that the truth of My Words rests not in the wretched creatures who proclaim it, but in Me who am the unfathomable truth.
6) I say these things to strengthen you in Me, so that you continue to follow My appeal with greater love.
7) Submerge yourselves, all of you oh My beloved ones, in this Essence of Mine, which governs you. Submerge yourselves in this My Love that beats in your hearts. I welcome you. I let you feel that the future that awaits you bears no comparison to your expectations. It is beyond all measure.

11) Was My Cross nonsensical? If it was nonsensical to die for so many who would have condemned themselves by rejecting Me, is it nonsensical to glorify the Father instead of the condemned? And if My Sacrifice was futile for those who do not wish to follow Me, will it be futile to ask My chosen ones to allow Me to work in them what I cannot work in others? No, My Cross is not nonsensical and the abundance of fruits that issue from My Sacrifice will not be scattered to the winds. You will see what marvelous deeds I am doing so that My Father may receive all the honor and the Love that I wanted and do wish to give Him.
8) Think often of that night of Mine and yours. You are still with Me during all the nights that My Church goes through, and I say again to you, that while the Shepherd is struck, you the sheep of My fold are in danger of being scattered. I do not leave you alone, as it happened with Peter and the others. You are with Me as I have promised you. I have not left you orphans, and you should know that well. If I renew My Passion among you, it is exclusively for your benefit, and you should not respond to My gifts as if they were punishments. “Follow Me,” I told you. Follow Me today if you see Me going to meet My enemies. You must not fear, because you love the Almighty One. Follow Me because beyond the row of My enemies, an inconceivable Love and
reward awaits you.

3) จงช่วยพ่อ ลูกๆของพ่อ จงเป็นกองทัพน้อยๆที่นําพี่น้องของลูกๆที่บอดมืดด้วยอํานาจ เงิน ความทะนงตัว ความยะโสโอหัง และทุกสิ่งทุกอย่างที่ศัตรูผู้เลวทรามของวิญญานมอบให้อย่างอุดมสมบูรณ์

6) จงทําอย่างที่พ่อบอกนะ ลูกๆของพ่อ พ่อผูกมัดลูกให้รับผิดชอบต่อการช่วยเหลือพี่น้องของลูกๆ ลูกจะเป็นแผ่นกระดานแห่งการไถ่กู้ให้กับผู้คนจํานวนมากหลายของเรือแตกที่ยิ่งใหญ่อันนี้ จงดํารงชีพในความลําบากยากเย็นแสนเข็ญเหล่านี้ด้วยความเชื่อและความเพียรพยายาม เพราะการชําระล้างที่แท้จริงของโลกนี้ที่แปดเปื้อนด้วยความเลวทรามและความมืดบอดจะตามมาภายหลัง

If he refuses to listen even to the church, then treat him as you would a Gentile or a tax collector. Amen, I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Again, amen, I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything for which they are to pray, it shall be granted to them by my heavenly Father. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”

1088 “To accomplish so great a work” — the dispensation or communication of his work of salvation — “Christ is always present in his Church, especially in her liturgical celebrations. He is present in the Sacrifice of the Mass not only in the person of his minister, ‘the same now offering, through the ministry of priests, who formerly offered himself on the cross,’ but especially in the Eucharistic species. By his power he is present in the sacraments so that when anybody baptizes, it is really Christ himself who baptizes. 8) Sway, you souls that belongs to Me, the torch that I give you to light the way for your brothers. The light must not be placed under a sack. I want it on high to light the house. Light the food that I have My beloved ones bring. Illuminate the faces of those who look at Me and you will have accomplished your work. Over there are they if they turn to look at the darkness. I guide you; you imitate Me. Do the same and you will please Me… I give you My pains as a present, thank you for consoling Me.

10) My beloved ones, pray and do penance for the conversion of your families and brothers in your community. My little children, accompany Me in My Passion on the first Friday of the month, making vigils of hope and atonement.

3) Help Me, children, be a small army to guide your brothers who are blinded by power, money, pride, arrogance, everything that the evil enemy of souls gives in abundance.

6) Do it, My children. I hold you responsible for saving your brothers; you will be the plank of salvation for many in this great shipwreck. Live all these tribulations with faith and perseverance, because the true purification will come later to this world soiled with wickedness and blindness.

เส้นทางไปสู่ความรอดพ้นเป็นเส้นทางที่นําลูกไปสู่ความพ่ายแพ้ในชีวิตนี้ ถ้าลูกรู้ว่ามีผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดพูดไม่ดีต่อลูก จงรับไว้ด้วยความอดทน และช่วยเขาด้วยการกล่าวสิ่งที่ดีงามต่อเขา ถ้ามีผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดก้าวร้าวล่วงเกินลูก จงรับไว้ด้วยความอดทนเพื่อความรักของพ่อและเพื่อการให้อภัยโทษบาปต่างๆของลูก จงอย่าก้าวร้าวล่วงเกินผู้อื่น แต่จงรับไว้ด้วยความอดทนที่ปราศจากการบ่นคร่ำครวญ

อุปมาเรื่องลูกหนี้ไร้เมตตา

GOSPEL – MT 18:21-35

Peter approached Jesus and asked him, "Lord, if my brother sins against me, how often must I forgive? As many as seven times?" Jesus answered, "I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times. That is why the kingdom of heaven may be likened to a king who decided to settle accounts with his servants. When he began the accounting, a debtor was brought before him who owed him a huge amount. Since he had no way of paying it back, his master ordered him to be sold, along with his wife, his children, and all his property, in payment of the debt. At that, the servant fell down, did him homage, and said, 'Be patient with me, and I will pay you back in full.' Moved with compassion the master of that servant let him go and forgave him the loan. When that servant had left, he found one of his fellow servants who owed him a much smaller amount. He seized him and started to choke him, demanding, 'Pay back what you owe.' Falling to his knees, his fellow servant begged him, 'Be patient with me, and I will pay you back.' But he refused. Instead, he had the fellow servant put in prison until he paid back the debt. Now when his fellow servants saw what had happened, they were deeply disturbed, and went to their master and reported the whole affair. His master summoned him and said to him, 'You wicked servant!
I forgave you your entire debt because you begged me to. Should you not have had pity on your fellow servant, as I had pity on you?' Then in anger his master handed him over to the torturers until he should pay back the whole debt. So will my heavenly Father do to you, unless each of you forgives your brother from your heart."
The Catechism of the Catholic Church
1425 "You were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the Spirit of our God." One must appreciate the magnitude of the gift God has given us in the sacraments of Christian initiation in order to grasp the degree to which sin is excluded for him who has "put on Christ." But the apostle John also says: "If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us." And the Lord himself taught us to pray: "Forgive us our trespasses," linking our forgiveness of one another's offenses to the forgiveness of our sins that God will grant us.

1466 The confessor is not the master of God's forgiveness, but its servant. The minister of this sacrament should unite himself to the intention and charity of Christ. He should have a proven knowledge of Christian behavior, experience of human affairs, respect and sensitivity toward the one who has fallen; he must love the truth, be faithful to the Magisterium of the Church, and lead the penitent with patience toward healing and full maturity. He must pray and do penance for his penitent, entrusting him to the Lord's mercy.

2842 … "Be merciful, even as your Father is merciful"; "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another." It is impossible to keep the Lord's commandment by imitating the divine model from outside; there has to be a vital participation, coming from the depths of the heart, in the holiness and the mercy and the love of our God. Only the Spirit by whom we live can make "ours" the same mind that was in Christ Jesus. Then the unity of forgiveness becomes possible and we find ourselves "forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave" us.

2) All of you, have pity for those who hurt you, have compassion for their sins; if they behave well, offer it to Me, if they behave badly, pray for them and try to help them. When someone tries to compete with you, lose if you want to win. The road to salvation is the road that leads you to lose in this life. If you know that someone has spoken ill of you, bear it with patience and help them by speaking well of them. If someone offends you, bear it with patience for My love and for the forgiveness of your sins. Do not offend anybody else, but bear it patiently without complaint!

10) I have said: “Do not judge, and you will not be judged; forgive, and you will be forgiven.” Now, I say to you: rid yourself of all bitterness, all evil passion and anger, rudeness, slander and malice; try to be kind and compassionate; forgive as I have forgiven you and you will receive My Merciful Love. Love and Mercy cannot exist where there is discord. Forgive yourself so that I may forgive you. Do not store up negative reproaches against yourself – love yourself, be merciful with yourself, be compassionate. You cannot forgive without forgetting, for you would be unable to have a pure heart, and Mercy is linked to forgiveness.

GOSPEL - MT 20:1-16A
Jesus told his disciples this parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out at dawn to hire laborers for his vineyard. After agreeing with them for the usual daily wage, he sent them into his vineyard. Going out about nine o’clock, the landowner saw others standing idle in the marketplace, and he said to them, ‘You too go into my vineyard, and I will give you what is just.’ So they went off. And he went out again around noon, and around three o’clock, and did likewise. Going out about five o’clock, the landowner found others standing around, and said to them, ‘Why do you stand here idle all day?’ They answered, ‘Because no one has hired us.’ He said to them, ‘You too go into my vineyard.’ When it was evening the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Summon the laborers and give them their pay, beginning with the last and ending with the first.’ When those who had started about five o’clock came, each received the usual daily wage. So when the first came, they thought that they would receive more, but each of them also got the usual wage. And on receiving it they grumbled against the landowner, saying, ‘These last ones worked only one hour, and you have made them equal to us, who bore the day’s burden and the heat.’
He said to one of them in reply, ‘My friend, I am not cheating you. Did you not agree with me for the usual daily wage? Take what is yours and go. What if I wish to give this last one the same as you? Or am I not free to do as I wish with my own money? Are you envious because I am generous?’ Thus, the last will be first, and the first will be last.”

2410 Promises must be kept and contracts strictly observed to the extent that the commitments made in them are morally just. A significant part of economic and social life depends on the honoring of contracts between physical or moral persons—commercial contracts of purchase or sale, rental or labor contracts. All contracts must be agreed to and executed in good faith.

2449 Beginning with the Old Testament, all kinds of juridical measures (the jubilee year of forgiveness of debts, prohibition of loans at interest and the keeping of collateral, the obligation to tithe, the daily payment of the day-laborer, the right to glean vines and fields) answer the exhortation of Deuteronomy: “For the poor will never cease out of the land; therefore I command you, ‘You shall open wide your hand to your brother, to the needy and to the poor in the land. ……'".

2536 The tenth commandment forbids greed and the desire to amass earthly goods without limit. It forbids avarice arising from a passion for riches and their attendant power. It also forbids the desire to commit injustice by harming our neighbor in his temporal goods:

47) Since the Kingdom is the gift from God par excellence, the essential value to be acquired at the cost of everything we possess, we must have the certainty that, that “knowledge of Christ” has to be necessarily followed by a decision. We have to convert ourselves; we must constantly seek the face of Christ so that we can embrace the demands of the Kingdom. This will never be something that could be considered as a salary justly earned: God freely hires the men for His Vineyard and He gives each of His workers what He considers just.

2) ลูกรู้หรือเปล่าว่า บนเส้นทางนั้น พ่อได้กักตัวลูกหลายครั้งหลายหน เพราะลูกต้องการหวลกลับไปสู่พายุหมุนของบาป...ลูกคนบาปเก่า ต้องการเป็นศัตรูของพ่อที่ประกาศก้องให้รู้กัน พ่อขอบอกลูกว่า ลูกอาจจะเป็นศัตรูที่เข้มแข็งของพ่อ และอาจจะผงาดตัวอยู่ในระดับแนวหน้าของผู้ที่เกลียดพ่อ...พ่อบอกลูกเพื่อที่จะเน้นให้ลูกรู้ว่าทุกขณะเวลาเป็นการเลือกระหว่างความชั่วและความดีของลูก

ลูกรู้หรือเปล่าว่า พ่ออนุญาตให้ลูกแกว่งไปมาระหว่าง "ไม่" และ "ใช่" เพื่อเป็นการเสริมความแข็งแกร่งของ "ใช่" การเล่นเกมนี้ทําความอิดหนาระอาใจให้กับลูก แต่มันเป็นสิ่งที่จําเป็น ศัตรูของลูกหยิ่งจองหองและรุนแรงเหี้ยมโหดที่ลูกต้องทําตัวให้ชิน

มีวิญญานมากมายที่กําลังรอคอยสัญญานจากพ่อที่จะให้เกียรติลูกในสวรรค์ แต่การนี้จะสําเร็จเมื่อถึงเวลาอันสมควร งานของพ่อจะปรากฎในความสว่างของความรักของพ่อ ท่ามกลางการขับร้องสรรเสริญของลูกทุกคนของพ่อ และการชมเชยยกย่องของแม่ผู้เป็นสุดที่รักของลูกๆทุกคน

พ่อจะให้เกียรติผู้ที่ให้เกียรติพ่อ และผู้ที่กราบนมัสการพ่อ จะได้รับความรักของทุกคนที่ให้เกียรติพ่อ

GOSPEL - MT 21:28-32
Jesus said to the chief priests and elders of the people: "What is your opinion? A man had two sons. He came to the first and said, 'Son, go out and work in the vineyard today.' He said in reply, 'I will not, ' but afterwards changed his mind and went. The man came to the other son and gave the same order. He said in reply, 'Yes, sir, ‘but did not go. Which of the two did his father's will?" They answered, "The first." Jesus said to them, "Amen, I say to you, tax collectors and prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God before you. When John came to you in the way of righteousness, you did not believe him; but tax collectors and prostitutes did. Yet even when you saw that, you did not later change your minds and believe him."
The Catechism of the Catholic Church
2153 In the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus explained the second commandment: “You have heard that it was said to the men of old, ‘You shall not swear falsely, but shall perform to the Lord what you have sworn.’ But I say to you, Do not swear at all.... Let what you say be simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything more than this comes from the evil one.” Jesus teaches that every oath involves a reference to God and that God’s presence and his truth must be honored in all speech. Discretion in calling upon God is allied with a respectful awareness of his presence, which all our assertions either witness to or mock.

2427 Human work proceeds directly from persons created in the image of God and called to prolong the work of creation by subduing the earth, both with and for one another. Hence work is a duty: “If anyone will not work, let him not eat.” Work honors the Creator’s gifts and the talents received from him. It can also be redemptive. By enduring the hardship of work in union with Jesus, the carpenter of Nazareth and the one crucified on Calvary, man collaborates in a certain fashion with the Son of God in his redemptive work. He shows himself to be a disciple of Christ by carrying the cross, daily, in the work he is called to accomplish. Work can be a means of sanctification and a way of animating earthly realities with the Spirit of Christ.

2) You know that on the road I have had to detain you many times because you wanted to return to the whirlwind of sin… You, old sinner, wanted to become My declared enemy and, I tell you, you would have been a strong one and would possibly positioned yourself up front among those who hate Me… I mention this to convince you that each moment is for you an alternative of evil and good. And do you know why I allow you to oscillate between “no” and “yes” - in order to strengthen your “yes”.

The game bothers you but it is necessary; the enemy is vain and violent, but you must get used to this. So many souls are waiting for a sign from Me to honor you in Heaven! But this will be done in due course and My work will appear in the light of My Love among the canticle of all My children and the praises of your most beloved Mother. I will honor whoever honors Me, and whoever worships Me, will be loved by all who honor Me.

33“ท่านทั้งหลาย จงฟังอุปมาอีกเรื่องหนึ่งเถิด คหบดีผู้หนึ่งปลูกองุ่นไว้สวนหนึ่ง ทำรั้วล้อม ขุดบ่อย่ำองุ่น สร้างหอเฝ้า ให้ชาวสวนเช่า แล้วก็ออกเดินทางไปต่างเมือง 34เมื่อใกล้ถึงฤดูเก็บผล เจ้าของสวนจึงให้ผู้รับใช้ไปพบคนเช่าสวนเพื่อรับส่วนแบ่งจากผลผลิต 35แต่คนเช่าสวนได้จับคนใช้ ทุบตีคนหนึ่ง ฆ่าอีกคนหนึ่ง เอาหินทุ่มอีกคนหนึ่ง 36เจ้าของสวนจึงส่งผู้รับใช้จำนวนมากกว่าพวกแรกไปอีก คนเช่าสวนก็ทำกับพวกนี้เช่นเดียวกัน 37ในที่สุด เจ้าของสวนได้ส่งบุตรชายของตนไปพบคนเช่าสวน คิดว่า ‘คนเช่าสวนคงจะเกรงใจลูกของเราบ้าง’ 38แต่เมื่อคนเช่าสวนเห็นบุตรเจ้าของสวนมา ก็พูดกันว่า ‘คนนี้เป็นทายาท เราจงฆ่าเขาเสียเถิด เราจะได้มรดกของเขา’

Jesus said to the chief priests and the elders of the people: "Hear another parable.
There was a landowner who planted a vineyard, put a hedge around it, dug a wine press in it, and built a tower. Then he leased it to tenants and went on a journey. When vintage time drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants to obtain his produce. But the tenants seized the servants and one they beat, another they killed, and a third they stoned. Again he sent other servants, more numerous than the first ones, but they treated them in the same way. Finally, he sent his son to them, thinking, 'They will respect my son.' But when the tenants saw the son, they said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let us kill him and acquire his inheritance.’ They seized him, threw him out of the vineyard, and killed him. What will the owner of the vineyard do to those tenants when he comes?" They answered him, "He will put those wretched men to a wretched death and lease his vineyard to other tenants who will give him the produce at the proper times." Jesus said to them, "Did you never read in the Scriptures: The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone;

5) From time to time, civilizations have need of renewal. History is full of examples. The old ones are overthrown; new ones are built, and this is the case with the present day civilization. Having refused the Light, men deserve the punishment of darkness…
6) Have peace in your heart, daughter; through the way of love and pain you will get to perfect union with Me. I have chosen you for this. But do not fear, I shall not leave you an orphan. I have a field that I must cultivate; this field is Mine. I must gather its fruit; souls must be shaken. Priests in the confessional should pay attention to this.

9) พ่อจะพูดถึงการประทับของพ่อในศีลมหาสนิท...มนุษย์รู้ว่าเขาตาบอดเมื่อได้พยายามแก้ไขปัญหาที่มากหลาย เขารู้จากประสบการถึงความสามารถในการล้มเซและทรุดฮวบ ความไม่สามารถที่จะลุกขึ้นยืน เขารู้ว่าถ้าความอ่อนแอของกําลังในสภาพของมนุษย์ของเขาที่ต่อสู้กับศัตรูมากมายที่รายล้อมตัวเขา เขาจะถูกพิชิตในการต่อสู้ที่ทําให้เขาต้องตาย

GOSPEL - MT 22:1-14
Jesus again in reply spoke to the chief priests and elders of the people in parables, saying, "The kingdom of heaven may be likened to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son. He dispatched his servants to summon the invited guests to the feast, but they refused to come. A second time he sent other servants, saying, ‘Tell those invited: “Behold, I have prepared my banquet, my calves and fattened cattle are killed, and everything is ready; come to the feast.”’ Some ignored the invitation and went away, one to his farm, another to his business. The rest laid hold of his servants, mistreated them, and killed them. The king was enraged and sent his troops, destroyed those murderers, and burned their city. Then he said to his servants, 'The feast is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy to come. Go out, therefore, into the main roads and invite to the feast whomever you find.’ The servants went out into the streets and gathered all they found, bad and good alike,
and the hall was filled with guests. But when the king came in to meet the guests,
he saw a man there not dressed in a wedding garment. The king said to him, 'My friend, how is it that you came in here without a wedding garment?' But he was reduced to silence. Then the king said to his attendants, 'Bind his hands and feet, and cast him into the darkness outside, where there will be wailing and grinding of teeth.’
Many are invited, but few are chosen."

1036 The affirmations of Sacred Scripture and the teachings of the Church on the subject of hell are a call to the responsibility incumbent upon man to make use of his freedom in view of his eternal destiny. They are at the same time an urgent call to conversion: “Enter by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is easy, that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few.” Since we know neither the day nor the hour, we should follow the advice of the Lord and watch constantly so that, when the single course of our earthly life is completed, we may merit to enter with him into the marriage feast and be numbered among the blessed, and not, like the wicked and slothful servants, be ordered to depart into the eternal fire, into the outer darkness where “men will weep and gnash their teeth.”

9) Speak about My presence in the Eucharist... Man knows he is blind when trying to solve so many problems. He knows by experience his ability to fall and collapse, his inability to rise. He knows that if his weak human strength opposes as many enemies as surround him, he will be conquered in mortal combat. But what man does not want to know is that help can be found in God. He does not want to accept that I am in the Tabernacle and that I long to dwell in the heart of all My children. That is why they avoid Communion. If he acted rationally, he would hasten to find Me, to join Me in the way, the truth, the life that I am Myself. Unfortunately, he invents a multitude of elaborate excuses to distance himself from the altar, but in the end he repeats the same injustices of those guests invited to the great dinner that I speak of in My Gospel.
11) Tell them that I am calling them: Come, eat, because My Body does not live in those who do not eat... If only men would understand who it is that is inviting and leading them. If only they could comprehend the splendid palace to which they have been invited and taste the tenderness of the meal offered to them, they would find out it embraces all the delights and is sweeter than honey, whiter than milk, more generous than wine and more delicate than wheat bread. And with all this, men continue to cry out that they died of hunger, when they have bread from Heaven within their grasp.

11) พ่อรู้ว่ามีแผนการร้ายหลายอย่างจากมนุษย์และจากนรก ที่ได้คบคิดกันเพื่อทําร้ายสุขภาพของร่างกายนอกเหนือจากสุขภาพของวิญญานของลูก พ่อรู้ดีว่ามีความเลวร้ายมากมายที่แผ่กระจายในโลกนี้ แต่ลูกเป็นของพ่อ และพ่อจะปกป้องลูก แม้ว่าลูกจะได้รับความเจ็บปวดจากผลลัพธ์ของความชั่วร้ายของผู้อื่น

The Pharisees went off and plotted how they might entrap Jesus in speech. They sent their disciples to him, with the Herodians, saying, "Teacher, we know that you are a truthful man and that you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. And you are not concerned with anyone's opinion, for you do not regard a person's status. Tell us, then, what is your opinion: Is it lawful to pay the census tax to Caesar or not?"
Knowing their malice, Jesus said, "Why are you testing me, you hypocrites? Show me the coin that pays the census tax." Then they handed him the Roman coin. He said to them, "Whose image is this and whose inscription?" They replied, "Caesar's." At that he said to them, "Then repay to Caesar what belongs to Caesar and to God what belongs to God."

1716 The Beatitudes are at the heart of Jesus’ preaching. They take up the promises made to the chosen people since Abraham. The Beatitudes fulfill the promises by ordering them no longer merely to the possession of a territory, but to the Kingdom of heaven:

1717 The Beatitudes depict the countenance of Jesus Christ and portray his charity. They express the vocation of the faithful associated with the glory of his Passion and Resurrection; they shed light on the actions and attitudes characteristic of the Christian life; they are the paradoxical promises that sustain hope in the midst of tribulations; they proclaim the blessings and rewards already secured, however dimly, for Christ’s disciples; they have begun in the lives of the Virgin Mary and all the saints.

1723 The beatitude we are promised confronts us with decisive moral choices. It invites us to purify our hearts of bad instincts and to seek the love of God above all else. It teaches us that true happiness is not found in riches or well-being, in human fame or power, or in any human achievement—however beneficial it may be—such as science, technology, and art, or indeed in any creature, but in God alone, the source of every good and of all love:

Part 1:16) The Words that one-day were heard from His lips on the Mount of the Beatitudes, He was now converting them into action on the mountain called “Golgotha” or “of the Skull”…

Part 4: 18) He was thirsty to see all of those of us who proclaim Christ as Savior, united by love and not separated by petty, egotistical and materialistic interests. He wanted the Beatitudes, which He one day proclaimed with all the strength and sweetness of His Heart as the only path to salvation for all mankind, would become part of the flesh of our hearts. In short, He was thirsty to see us help each other: man to man, community to community, parish to parish, apostolate to apostolate, not competing nor destroying each other as if we were political enemies who go in search of spoils.

พระวรสาร: นักบุญมัทธิว 25:1-13

จาก "การรณรงค์ที่ยิ่งใหญ่แห่งพระเมตตา" ประกาศยืนยันของคุณคาทาลินา ริวาส ("The Great Crusade of Love" Testimony of Catalina Rivas CL-144:7)

Jesus told his disciples this parable: "The kingdom of heaven will be like ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. Five of them were foolish and five were wise. The foolish ones, when taking their lamps, brought no oil with them, but the wise brought flasks of oil with their lamps. Since the bridegroom was long delayed, they all became drowsy and fell asleep. At midnight, there was a cry, 'Behold, the bridegroom! Come out to meet him!' Then all those virgins got up and trimmed their lamps. The foolish ones said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' But the wise ones replied, 'No, for there may not be enough for us and you. Go instead to the merchants and buy some for yourselves.' While they went off to buy it, the bridegroom came and those who were ready went into the wedding feast with him. Then the door was locked. Afterwards the other virgins came and said, 'Lord, Lord, open the door for us!' But he said in reply, 'Amen, I say to you, I do not know you.' Therefore, stay awake, for you know neither the day nor the hour."

546 Jesus' invitation to enter his kingdom comes in the form of parables, a characteristic feature of his teaching. Through his parables he invites people to the feast of the kingdom, but he also asks for a radical choice: to gain the kingdom, one must give everything. Words are not enough, deeds are required. The parables are like mirrors for man: will he be hard soil or good earth for the word? What use has he made of the talents he has received? Jesus and the presence of the kingdom in this world are secretly at the heart of the parables. One must enter the kingdom, that is, become a disciple of Christ, in order to "know the secrets of the kingdom of heaven". For those who stay "outside", everything remains enigmatic.

1821 We can therefore hope in the glory of heaven promised by God to those who love him and do his will. In every circumstance, each one of us should hope, with the grace of God, to persevere "to the end" and to obtain the joy of heaven, as God's eternal reward for the good works accomplished with the grace of Christ. In hope, the Church prays for "all men to be saved." She longs to be united with Christ, her Bridegroom, in the glory of heaven: Hope, O my soul, hope. You know neither the day nor the hour. Watch carefully, for everything passes quickly, even though your impatience makes doubtful what is certain, and turns a very short time into a long one. Dream that the more you struggle, the more you prove the love that you bear your God, and the more you will rejoice one day with your Beloved, in a happiness and rapture that can never end.

7) Do you want to sleep while I watch and My enemies surround Me? I am in the garden, kneeling, bathed in blood. Your preoccupation, My daughter, should be to embrace the immense multitude of souls in Purgatory, whose number is larger than the stars in the heavens, and the grains of sand on the beach. Souls that by now should already be in possession of the glory in Heaven and singing the praises of God, but being negligent and careless, allowed their lives to pass in their worldly desires, as if the hour of accountability would never arrive.

4) You will say: “It has been foretold of times of wars and persecutions to the Church of Christ on account of the apostasy, of the diffusion of atheism, practiced as well as in theory. If you think you are so wise, read the prophet Isaiah and read the Book of Revelation. Decipher them; observe the signs and you decide to believe or not...” (You should say only that.) When the person is intelligent and/or gives themselves to the Holy Spirit for their reading, they will understand and verify the truth, that the return is near. Moreover, only the Father knows the hour and the day for the arrival of the Son of Man...”

2) ลูกของพ่อ เหมือนกับที่พ่อได้กําหนดวันในชีวิตของลูก ระดับความศักดิ์สิทธิ์หรือพรสวรรค์ที่พ่อปราถนาให้ลูกทุกคน พ่อก็ได้กําหนดจํานวนบาปที่ต้องการให้อภัยลูกแต่ละคน เมื่อการวัดได้บรรลุถึงขั้นเต็มเปี่ยม จะไม่มีที่สําหรับการให้อภัย

3) ลูกถามพ่อว่า ทําไมวันนี้ที่เป็นวันศุกร์ต้นเดือน ลูกไม่ได้รับรอยแผลของพ่อ ความเจ็บปวดของลูกไม่ใช่การเตือนลูกให้รําลึกถึงดอกหรือ พ่อไม่ต้องการให้มือทั้งสองของลูกพิการ เพราะขณะนี้พ่อปราถนาอย่างยิ่งที่จะให้ลูกทํางานของพ่อที่กําลังดําเนินอยู่...

7) ถูกแล้วที่พระโลหิตของพ่อจะถูกเปรียบเทียบ พ่อบอกลูกแล้วมิใช่หรือ มันเป็นสิ่งจําเป็นที่พระโลหิตต้องถูกเปรียบเทียบกับพระภูษาศักดิ์สิทธิ์ มันเป็นความจําเป็นที่พ่อต้องมอบอาวุธทรงค่าให้กับประชากรในพระศาสนจักรของพ่อ เพื่อรักษาความเชื่อของสมาชิกในช่วงเวลาเหล่านี้ที่ปีศาจของวัตถุนิยมกําลังปล่อยพิษร้ายในโลหิตของพระศาสนจักร ก่อนที่เวลาแห่งความรุ่งโรจน์จะมาถึงเมื่อพระศาสนจักรของพ่อได้รวมตัวเป็นหนึ่งเดียวด้วยความรัก ป่าวประกาศว่า พ่อเป็นผู้นํา และละทิ้งความเห็นแก่ตัว พระวรสารจะต้องถูกทําให้สําเร็จลุล่วงไปก่อน

8) จะมีความดีงามมากมายเพียงไรในพระศาสนจักรที่กราบขอบพระคุณในของขวัญและพรสวรรค์ที่พิเศษเหนือธรรมดา เมื่อเห็นผลต่างๆ ความเข้าใจกระจ่างคือหลักฐานพิสูจน์ ณ ที่ที่ประชาชนเดินร่วมทางกับพระจิตเจ้า ณ ที่ที่มีเส้นทางชัดเจนของการสนทนา ประชาชนจะพบการกระทําของพ่ออย่างชัดเจน

To one he gave five talents; to another, two; to a third, one--to each according to his ability. Then he went away. Immediately the one who received five talents went and traded with them, and made another five. Likewise, the one who received two made another two. But the man who received one went off and dug a hole in the ground and buried his master's money. After a long time the master of those servants came back and settled accounts with them.
The one who had received five talents came forward bringing the additional five.
He said, 'Master, you gave me five talents. See, I have made five more.’ His master said to him, 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. Come, share your master's joy.’ Then the one who had received two talents also came forward and said, 'Master, you gave me two talents. See, I have made two more.' His master said to him, 'Well done, my good and faithful servant. Since you were faithful in small matters, I will give you great responsibilities. 1880 A society is a group of persons bound together organically by a principle of unity that goes beyond each one of them. As an assembly that is at once visible and spiritual, a society endures through time: it gathers up the past and prepares for the future. 2) My child, just as I have determined the number of days in life, the degrees of sanctity or of talent I wish to give to each person, so I have also determined the number of sins I want to forgive in each one of you. When the measure is full, there remains no place for forgiveness.

3) You ask Me, why is it that today, the first Friday, you have not received My marks; is not your pain a reminder? I do not want to disable your hands now that I need you so much to do My active work...

7) Indeed, My Blood will be compared. Did I not tell you so before? It is necessary to compare it with the Holy Shroud. It is necessary to give noble weapons to the people of My Church in order to preserve the faith of its members in these times when the devil of materialism poisons its blood. Before the glorious time comes when My Church, by then united, declares Me as its leader and leaves aside selfishness, the Scripture will have to be fulfilled.

8) How much good it would do in the Church to be thankful for extraordinary gifts and talents. On seeing the fruits, their discernment will be evident. Wherever people walk with the Spirit, wherever there is a clear route of conversion, people would obviously encounter My action.

5) ลูกๆไม่สามารถที่จะดํารงอยู่ในร่มเงาของความสงบสุข เพราะความรักที่ไม่ถูกมอบให้ผู้อื่นตลอดเวลาจะค่อยๆเฉาตาย...พ่อต้องการให้ลูกริเริ่มเครื่องมือของความใจดีและความเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ เพราะโลกนี้จะได้รับความรอดพ้นด้วยความรักที่ท่วมท้นเจิ่งนอง

For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’ Then the righteous will answer him and say, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 5) You cannot remain sitting in the shade of tranquility because love that is not constantly given, dies slowly… I commend you to start up the instruments of kindness and charity, because the world will only be saved with a deluge of love.
6) I came preferably for the lost and the outcasts, the alienated, the oppressed and the broken… How many hospitals, jails, and houses of ill repute have you visited in the last year?

Watch, therefore; you do not know when the Lord of the house is coming, whether in the evening, or at midnight, or at cockcrow, or in the morning. May he not come suddenly and find you sleeping. What I say to you, I say to all: ‘Watch!’”

672 Before his Ascension Christ affirmed that the hour had not yet come for the glorious establishment of the messianic kingdom awaited by Israel which, according to the prophets, was to bring all men the definitive order of justice, love, and peace. According to the Lord, the present time is the time of the Spirit and of witness, but also a time still marked by “distress” and the trial of evil which does not spare the Church and ushers in the struggles of the last days. It is a time of waiting and watching.

2849 Such a battle and such a victory become possible only through prayer. It is by his prayer that Jesus vanquishes the tempter, both at the outset of his public mission and in the ultimate struggle of his agony. In this petition to our heavenly Father, Christ unites us to his battle and his agony. He urges us to vigilance of the heart in communion with his own. Vigilance is “custody of the heart,” and Jesus prayed for us to the Father: “Keep them in your name.” The Holy Spirit constantly seeks to awaken us to keep watch. Finally, this petition takes on all its dramatic meaning in relation to the last temptation of our earthly battle; it asks for final perseverance. “Lo, I am coming like a thief! Blessed is he who is awake.”

10) Let us pray together now: Father, wake them up from their sleep, from lukewarmness, from indifference. Fill them anew with fervor and zeal that they may they find the surest ways to give testimony of You and Me. I came to cure a sick world, but I am also the sign before which men, My brothers, must decide. I want to draw them to My Heart, Father, to fill their little hearts with My love, so that they, in turn, can fill many hearts.

12) พระเยซูเจ้าทรงนั่งใต้ต้นไม้บนบริเวณที่สูงสุดของถนนที่มุ่งสู่แม่น้ำสายนั้น เพื่อทอดพระเนตรดูเหตุการณ์และฟังนักบุญยอห์น พระองค์ทรงมีความรู้สึกอ่อนโยนนุ่มนวลลึกล้ำต่อบุรุษผู้แต่งกายซอมซ่อผู้กําลังเขย่ามโนธรรมของมนุษย์ทั้งหลาย

GOSPEL - MK 1:1-8
The beginning of the good news about Jesus the Messiah, the Son of God, as it is written in Isaiah the prophet:

“I will send my messenger ahead of you,
who will prepare your way”
“A voice of one calling in the wilderness,
‘Prepare the way for the Lord,
make straight paths for him.’”

And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins. The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River. John wore clothing made of camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey. And this was his message: “After me comes the one more powerful than I, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie. I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”

523St. John the Baptist is the Lord's immediate precursor or forerunner, sent to prepare his way. "Prophet of the Most High", John surpasses all the prophets, of whom he is the last. He inaugurates the Gospel, already from his mother's womb welcomes the coming of Christ, and rejoices in being "the friend of the bridegroom", whom he points out as "the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world". Going before Jesus "in the spirit and power of Elijah", John bears witness to Christ in his preaching, by his Baptism of conversion, and through his martyrdom.

12) Jesus had sat down under a tree on the highest part of the road that went down to the river in order to watch the scene and to listen to John. The Lord felt deep tenderness for that poorly dressed man who was shaking men’s consciences.

13) Jesus thought about the Israelites traveling in the desert in search of the Promised Land. They had a cloud over them which, as a protective veil, covered and protected them. All of those who had crossed the Sea with Moses were “baptized” in the cloud and in the sea which protected them so they could free themselves from Pharaoh’s soldiers.

14) The Baptism administered to them by John at this time, was a kind of vestment or protective mantle; a divine bath which changed their sin-stained vestments as they repented and allowed themselves to be submerged in the waters of the Jordan.

15) God revealed to John the way he was to initiate the Baptism by water, and also who was to do it in the Holy Spirit. The Heavens would open and the Kingdom of God would draw near to those who would be baptized.

Jesus said to Nicodemus: “Just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the desert, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.” For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him might not perish but might have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. Whoever believes in him will not be condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. And this is the verdict, that the light came into the world ,but people preferred darkness to light, because their works were evil. For everyone who does wicked things hates the light and does not come toward the light, so that his works might not be exposed. So then the Lord Jesus, after he spoke to them, was taken up into heaven and took his seat at the right hand of God. But they went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the word through accompanying signs.

สวัสดีครับ *วันนี้เป็นวันอาทิตย์สมโภชพระจิตเจ้า (23 พฤษภาคม 2021) ที่สหรัฐอเมริกา (เวลาช้ากว่าประเทศไทย 11 ชั่งโมงของฝั่งตะวันออกและ 14 ชั่วโมงของฝั่งตะวันตก) ผมขอเสนอบทความเสริมศรัทธาและธรรมประเพณีของพระศาสนจักรโรมันคาทอลิกของเราที่มีพื้นฐานมาจากศาสนาของชาวอิสราเอล (จูดาอิสซึ่ม/Judaism) จากข้อเขียนประจําอาทิตย์ของคุณพ่อ ทิม อิลเกน (Father Tim Ilgan) เจ้าอาวาส วัดพระหฤทัยศักดิ์สิทธิ์ เมืองเลซี่ รัฐวอชิงตัน สหรัฐอเมริกา ที่ผมและครอบครัวเป็นลูกวัดของท่าน

เพนติคอส (Pentecost = 50): เป็นวันสิ้นสุดเทศกาลอิสเตอร์ (Easter) ที่ยาว 50 วัน เป็นวันฉลองสําคัญวันหนึ่งของชาวอิสราเอลสมัยโบราณ เป็นวันขอบคุณพระเจ้าที่ทรงโปรดประทานอาหารใหม่ ของฤดูปลูกพืช ข้าว ผัก ผลไม้ ฉลอง 50 วันหลังจากการฉลองการผ่านพ้นอันตรายจากภัยพิบัติที่พระเจ้าทรงลงโทษทุกคนที่อยู่อาศัยในประเทศอียิปต์ เอาชีวิตบุตรคนโต จากฟาโรห์ถึงทาส และลูกสัตว์เพศชายตัวแรกทุกชนิด พระเจ้าทรงบอกให้โมเสสบอกชาวอิสราเอลที่เป็นทาสให้ฆ่าลูกแกะแล้วเอาเลือดทาด้านข้างและด้านบนของกรอบประตูบ้านเพื่อให้ภัยอันตรายผ่านพ้นบ้านนั้น (Passover อพยพ 11:12)

ยอห์น บทที่ 20 ข้อที่ 19-23
19ค่ำวันนั้นซึ่งเป็นวันต้นสัปดาห์ ประตูห้องที่บรรดาศิษย์กำลังชุมนุมกันปิดอยู่iเพราะกลัวชาวยิว พระเยซูเจ้าเสด็จเข้ามาประทับยืนอยู่ตรงกลาง ตรัสกับเขาทั้งหลายว่า “สันติสุขจงสถิตอยู่กับท่านทั้งหลายเถิด” 20ตรัสดังนี้แล้ว พระองค์ทรงให้บรรดาศิษย์ดูพระหัตถ์และด้านข้างพระวรกาย เมื่อเขาเหล่านั้นเห็นองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า ก็มีความยินดี 21พระองค์ตรัสกับเขาอีกว่า “สันติสุขจงสถิตอยู่กับท่านทั้งหลายเถิด พระบิดาทรงส่งเรามาฉันใด เราก็ส่งท่านทั้งหลายไปฉันนั้น” 22ตรัสดังนี้แล้ว พระองค์ทรงเป่าลมjเหนือเขาทั้งหลาย ตรัสว่า

GOSPEL - JN 20:19-23
On the evening of that first day of the week, when the doors were locked, where the disciples were, for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood in their midst and said to them, “Peace be with you.” When he had said this, he showed them his hands and his side. The disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
Jesus said to them again, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, so I send you.” And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them,
“Receive the Holy Spirit. Whose sins you forgive are forgiven them, and whose sins you retain are retained.”

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
731 On the day of Pentecost when the seven weeks of Easter had come to an end, Christ’s Passover is fulfilled in the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, manifested, given, and communicated as a divine person: of his fullness, Christ, the Lord, pours out the Spirit in abundance.
1287 This fullness of the Spirit was not to remain uniquely the Messiah’s, but was to be communicated to the whole messianic people. On several occasions Christ promised this outpouring of the Spirit, a promise which he fulfilled first on Easter Sunday and then more strikingly at Pentecost. Filled with the Holy Spirit the apostles began to proclaim “the mighty works of God,” and Peter declared this outpouring of the Spirit to be the sign of the messianic age. Those who believed in the apostolic preaching and were baptized received the gift of the Holy Spirit in their turn.
1288 “From that time on the apostles, in fulfillment of Christ’s will, imparted to the newly baptized by the laying on of hands the gift of the Spirit that completes the grace of Baptism. For this reason in the Letter to the Hebrews the doctrine concerning Baptism and the laying on of hands is listed among the first elements of Christian instruction. The imposition of hands is rightly recognized by the Catholic tradition as the origin of the sacrament of Confirmation, which in a certain way perpetuates the grace of Pentecost in the Church.

15) On this day when you are preparing to reflect on Pentecost, it is well to give some thought to those beloved Apostles who without being aware of anything, continued their lives as before as if I had not passed among them without radically changing their futures. To think that in one stroke they would experience the brilliant day of Pentecost is an error. So look upon this thoughtfully and reflect on the fact that I will do the same with you if you truly accept My promise.
16) The Holy Spirit will come beholding the Light. The work of the Father was to send Me to this earth. My work was to redeem; the work of the Holy Spirit is to exalt. That final work is taking place and it will cease when all are saved, that is, all those who wish to be saved. But before that, arise with Me to Heaven, and meditate on how much I love you. Pray before My Blessed Sacrament and then the Spirit will pour Itself upon you.

12วันแรกของเทศกาลกินขนมปังไร้เชื้อ เมื่อเขาฆ่าลูกแกะปัสกา บรรดาศิษย์ทูลถามพระเยซูเจ้าว่า “พระองค์มีพระประสงค์ให้เราจัดเตรียมcการเลี้ยงปัสกาที่ไหน” 13พระองค์จึงทรงใช้ศิษย์สองคนไป สั่งเขาว่า “จงเข้าไปในกรุง แล้วจะพบชายคนหนึ่งกำลังเดินแบกหม้อน้ำอยู่ จงตามเขาไป 14เขาเข้าไปที่ไหน จงถามเจ้าของบ้านว่า “พระอาจารย์ถามว่า ห้องที่เราจะกินปัสกากับบรรดาศิษย์นั้นอยู่ที่ไหน” 15เขาจะชี้ให้ท่านเห็นห้องใหญ่ชั้นบนปูพรมไว้เรียบร้อย จงจัดเตรียมปัสกาไว้สำหรับพวกเราที่นั่นแหละ” 16ศิษย์ทั้งสองคนออกเดินทางเข้าไปในกรุง พบสิ่งต่าง ๆ ดังที่พระองค์ทรงบอกไว้ จึงจัดเตรียมปัสกา
22ขณะที่ทุกคนกำลังกินอาหารอยู่นั้น พระองค์ทรงหยิบขนมปัง ตรัสถวายพระพร ทรงบิขนมปัง ประทานให้เขาเหล่านั้น ตรัสว่า “จงรับเถิด นี่เป็นกายของเรา” 23แล้วพระองค์ทรงหยิบถ้วย ตรัสขอบพระคุณ ประทานให้เขาและทุกคนดื่มจากถ้วยนั้น 24พระองค์ตรัสกับเขาว่า “นี่เป็นโลหิตของเรา โลหิตแห่งพันธสัญญาที่หลั่งออกเพื่อคนจำนวนมาก 25เราบอกความจริงกับท่านทั้งหลายว่า เราจะไม่ดื่มน้ำจากผลองุ่นใด จนกว่าจะถึงวันที่เราจะดื่มเหล้าองุ่นใหม่ในพระอาณาจักรของพระเจ้า” 26เมื่อขับร้องเพลงสดุดีแล้ว ทุกคนออกจากห้องเพื่อไปยังภูเขามะกอกเทศ

GOSPEL - MK 14:12-16, 22-26
On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover lamb, Jesus’ disciples said to him, "Where do you want us to go and prepare for you to eat the Passover?" He sent two of his disciples and said to them, "Go into the city and a man will meet you, carrying a jar of water. Follow him. Wherever he enters, say to the master of the house, 'The Teacher says, "Where is my guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?"' Then he will show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Make the preparations for us there." The disciples then went off, entered the city, and found it just as he had told them; and they prepared the Passover. While they were eating, he took bread, said the blessing, broke it, gave it to them, and said,
"Take it; this is my body." Then he took a cup, gave thanks, and gave it to them, and they all drank from it. He said to them, "This is my blood of the covenant, which will be shed for many. Amen, I say to you, I shall not drink again the fruit of the vine until the day when I drink it new in the kingdom of God." Then, after singing a hymn, they went out to the Mount of Olives.

610 Jesus gave the supreme expression of his free offering of himself at the meal shared with the twelve Apostles “on the night he was betrayed. ”On the eve of his Passion, while still free, Jesus transformed this Last Supper with the apostles into the memorial of his voluntary offering to the Father for the salvation of men: “This is my body which is given for you.” “This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.”
611 The Eucharist that Christ institutes at that moment will be the memorial of his sacrifice. Jesus includes the apostles in his own offering and bids them perpetuate it. By doing so, the Lord institutes his apostles as priests of the New Covenant: “For their sakes I sanctify myself, so that they also may be sanctified in truth.”

SUNDAY JUNE 13, 2021 – ELEVENTH SUNDAY IN ORDINARY TIME

GOSPEL - MK 4:26-34
Jesus said to the crowds: “This is how it is with the kingdom of God; it is as if a man were to scatter seed on the land and would sleep and rise night and day and through it all the seed would sprout and grow, he knows not how. Of its own accord the land yields fruit, first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear. And when the grain is ripe, he wields the sickle at once, for the harvest has come.” He said, “To what shall we compare the kingdom of God, or what parable can we use for it? It is like a mustard seed that, when it is sown in the ground, is the smallest of all the seeds on the earth. But once it is sown, it springs up and becomes the largest of plants and puts forth large branches, so that the birds of the sky can dwell in its shade.” With many such parables he spoke the word to them as they were able to understand it. Without parables he did not speak to them, but to his own disciples he explained everything in private.

764 “This Kingdom shines out before men in the word, in the works and in the presence of Christ.” To welcome Jesus’ word is to welcome “the Kingdom itself.” The seed and beginning of the Kingdom are the “little flock” of those whom Jesus came to gather around him, the flock whose shepherd he is. 567 The Kingdom of heaven was inaugurated on earth by Christ. “This kingdom shone out before men in the word, in the works, and in the presence of Christ”. The Church is the seed and beginning of this kingdom. Her keys are entrusted to Peter.

8) ลูกเล็กๆของพ่อทั้งหลาย พ่อต้องการให้ลูกเข้าใจเกมและให้มันผ่านเข้าไปถึงศรีษะของลูกว่า ถ้าพ่อนอนในเรือของลูกขณะที่พายุกําลังโหมกระหน่ำ มันไม่ได้หมายความว่าพ่อไม่ได้อยู่ ณ ที่นั่น เพราะนอกจากดูแลลูกและทําให้ลมสลายตัว พ่อกําลังสังเกตการณ์อยู่

GOSPEL - MK 4:35-41
On that day, as evening drew on, Jesus said to his disciples: “Let us cross to the other side.” Leaving the crowd, they took Jesus with them in the boat just as he was. And other boats were with him. A violent squall came up and waves were breaking over the boat, so that it was already filling up. Jesus was in the stern, asleep on a cushion. They woke him and said to him,
“Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” He woke up, rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Quiet! Be still!” The wind ceased and there was great calm. Then he asked them, “Why are you terrified? Do you not yet have faith?” They were filled with great awe and said to one another, “Who then is this whom even wind and sea obey?”

I set many on the course that leads to the knowledge of that mystery and there are few who are capable of understanding it, because scarcely have I begun to work for their benefit when they get stuck. Scarcely have I launched their little boat on the waves when they cry out to Me, “Lord, do You not see that we are drowning? Does it not matter to You that we are perishing?” How many “Peters” and how many unfortunate people there are!
10) Therefore, I want to obtain complete trust and complete acceptance on your part. I will not go back on My word; from the beginning, I have stood firm on everything that I have proposed to you. How can you do My Will if I do not oppose yours? You would always be doing your will and always remaining within yourself. Is that not so?

GOSPEL - MK 6:1-6
Jesus departed from there and came to his native place, accompanied by his disciples. When the sabbath came he began to teach in the synagogue, and many who heard him were astonished.
They said, “Where did this man get all this? What kind of wisdom has been given him?
What mighty deeds are wrought by his hands! Is he not the carpenter, the son of Mary, and the brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon? And are not his sisters here with us?”
And they took offense at him. Jesus said to them, “A prophet is not without honor except in his native place and among his own kin and in his own house.” So he was not able to perform any mighty deed there, apart from curing a few sick people by laying his hands on them. He was amazed at their lack of faith.

522 The coming of God’s Son to earth is an event of such immensity that God willed to prepare for it over centuries. I, who at the age of twelve, taught the Doctors in the Temple… But it was the Will of My Heavenly Father and I glorified Him in that way. Jesus summoned the Twelve and began to send them out two by two and gave them authority over unclean spirits. He instructed them to take nothing for the journey but a walking stick—no food, no sack, no money in their belts. They were, however, to wear sandals but not a second tunic. He said to them, “Wherever you enter a house, stay there until you leave. Whatever place does not welcome you or listen to you, leave there and shake the dust off your feet in testimony against them.” So they went off and preached repentance. The Twelve drove out many demons,
and they anointed with oil many who were sick and cured them.

764 “This Kingdom shines out before men in the word, in the works and in the presence of Christ.” To welcome Jesus’ word is to welcome “the Kingdom itself.” The seed and beginning of the Kingdom are the “little flock” of those whom Jesus came to gather around him, the flock whose shepherd he is. They form Jesus’ true family. To those whom he thus gathered around him, he taught a new “way of acting” and a prayer of their own.
754 “The Church is, accordingly, asheepfold, the sole and necessary gateway to which is Christ. It is also the flock of which God himself foretold that he would be the shepherd, and whose sheep, even though governed by human shepherds, are unfailingly nourished and led by Christ himself, the Good Shepherd and Prince of Shepherds, who gave his life for his sheep.

If the Lord should reappear today, He might have the same impression of the multitude that He had two thousand years ago, and the same words would be expressed about them: “He felt compassion for them because they were like sheep without a shepherd.” (Mark 6:34). It seems that the sheep scattered in different parts of the world have stopped listening to the voice of the Shepherd. Therefore, many are those who are abandoned, who suffer from hunger, who are wounded, and who weep because there is no one to care about them. Many find themselves in the depths of an abyss, in darkness without anyone able to offer them hope. In one way or another, all of them cry out and implore the Shepherd not to give up His search for them and to return them to His flock.

GOSPEL - JN 6:1-15
Jesus went across the Sea of Galilee. A large crowd followed him, because they saw the signs he was performing on the sick. Jesus went up on the mountain, and there he sat down with his disciples. The Jewish feast of Passover was near. When Jesus raised his eyes and saw that a large crowd was coming to him, he said to Philip, “Where can we buy enough food for them to eat?” He said this to test him, because he himself knew what he was going to do. Philip answered him,
“Two hundred days’ wages worth of food would not be enough for each of them to have a little.” One of his disciples, Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter, said to him, “There is a boy here who has five barley loaves and two fish; but what good are these for so many?” Jesus said, “Have the people recline.” Now there was a great deal of grass in that place. So the men reclined, about five thousand in number. Then Jesus took the loaves, gave thanks, and distributed them to those who were reclining, and also as much of the fish as they wanted. When they had had their fill, he said to his disciples, “Gather the fragments left over, so that nothing will be wasted.” So they collected them, and filled twelve wicker baskets with fragments from the five barley loaves that had been more than they could eat. When the people saw the sign he had done, they said, “This is truly the Prophet, the one who is to come into the world.” Since Jesus knew that they were going to come and carry him off to make him king, he withdrew again to the mountain alone.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
1335 The miracles of the multiplication of the loaves, when the Lord says the blessing, breaks and distributes the loaves through his disciples to feed the multitude, prefigure the superabundance of this unique bread of his Eucharist. The sign of water turned into wine at Cana already announces the Hour of Jesus’ glorification. It makes manifest the fulfillment of the wedding feast in the Father’s kingdom, where the faithful will drink the new wine that has become the Blood of Christ.

2) You must know that those hungry people, who followed the Son of God in the desert, were not satiated after the first day when they decided to follow Him. The five loaves of barley bread that were miraculously multiplied were not distributed until the third day. I had wanted this trial to prepare them to be worthy to eat this bread.

2) ความอิ่มเอิบและความพึงพอใจ ความหิวและความปรารถนาทําให้วิญญานต่างๆเป็นภาชนะของวิญญานทั้งหลายที่พ่อต้องเติมให้เต็ม...นั่นก็คือทําให้อิ่มเอิบของความกระหายของพวกเขาและทําให้มันสูญสลายไป ขนมปังและนํ้าเป็นองค์ประกอบสำคัญของชีวิตของร่างกาย เป็นตัวแทนของอาหารและเครื่องดื่มที่มนุษยชาติต้องการ และพ่อได้เตรียมให้ถ้าหากว่ามนุษยชาติมาหาพ่อและเชื่อในพ่อ มหัศจรรย์ต่างๆที่เขาผู้นั้นได้พูดกับพวกเขาและเขาผู้นั้นรู้ที่จะทําได้ ได้ถูกกลั่นให้เป็นสิ่งเดียว มหัศจรรย์ที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่ทําให้ผู้รักพระเทวภาพของพ่อเข้าสู่สภาวะของความปีติยินดีอย่างเหลือล้น ใช่แล้วลูก ความรัก! ที่ทําความอิ่มเอิบ ดับความกระหายของผู้คนที่เขาผู้นั้นรัก เพื่อว่าพวกเขาทุกคนจะรับรู้ว่าความดีงามที่แท้จริงอยู่ที่เขา ผู้ที่ทําความอิ่มเอิบและดับความกระหายของพวกเขา

When the crowd saw that neither Jesus nor his disciples were there, they themselves got into boats and came to Capernaum looking for Jesus. And when they found him across the sea they said to him, “Rabbi, when did you get here?” Jesus answered them and said, “Amen, amen, I say to you, you are looking for me not because you saw signs but because you ate the loaves and were filled. Do not work for food that perishes but for the food that endures for eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you. For on him the Father, God, has set his seal.” So they said to him, “What can we do to accomplish the works of God?” Jesus answered and said to them, “This is the work of God, that you believe in the one he sent.” So they said to him, “What sign can you do, that we may see and believe in you?
What can you do? 1338 The three synoptic Gospels and St. Paul have handed on to us the account of the institution of the Eucharist; St. John, for his part, reports the words of Jesus in the synagogue of Capernaum that prepare for the institution of the Eucharist: Christ calls himself the bread of life, come down from heaven.

2) Satiation and satisfaction, hunger and desire make other souls into just so many more spiritual vessels that I must fill… that is, to satiate their thirst and quench it. Bread and water, principal elements for the life of the body, well represent the food and drink needed by mankind and which I prepare and give provided that mankind comes to Me and believes. The many marvels that the One who speaks to them knows how to perform, are condensed into one single, great marvel which makes lovers of My Divinity go into raptures. Yes, Love! To satiate and quench the thirst of those whom one loves, so that all may acknowledge where true Goodness lies who satiates and quenches their thirst. Mine is a thankless task because I must provide for many but very few see My work.
5) Thus, as I am the Bread of Life, I am the Bread that provides the substance of Faith and the substance of light, and I am the support of all those who come to Me and believe Me. No, you will not go hungry if you come to Me; you will be satiated by Me and your thirst will be quenched.
9) Creatures! Here is the Bread that is Life; it is precisely Me. Therefore, satiate yourselves with Me…

พระวารสาร โดยนักบุญยอห์น: 6:41-51

41ชาวยิวบ่นพึมพำไม่เห็นด้วยกับพระเยซูเจ้า ที่ตรัสว่า “เราเป็นปังซึ่งลงมาจากสวรรค์” 42เขาพูดกันว่า “คนคนนี้ไม่ใช่ เยซู บุตรของโยเซฟหรือ เรารู้จักทั้งบิดาและมารดาของเขาดี แล้วเขาพูดได้อย่างไรว่า เราลงมาจากสวรรค์” 43พระเยซูเจ้าตรัสตอบว่า “เลิกบ่นพึมพำกันเสียทีเถิด”44”ไม่มีใครมาหาเราได้นอกจากพระบิดาผู้ทรงส่งเรามาจะทรงชักนำเขา

Ch. GOSPEL - JN 6:41-51
The Jews murmured about Jesus because he said, “I am the bread that came down from heaven,” and they said, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph? Do we not know his father and mother? Then how can he say, ‘I have come down from heaven’?” Jesus answered and said to them, “Stop murmuring among yourselves. No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draw him, and I will raise him on the last day. It is written in the prophets: They shall all be taught by God. Everyone who listens to my Father and learns from him comes to me. Not that anyone has seen the Father except the one who is from God; he has seen the Father. Amen, amen, I say to you, whoever believes has eternal life. I am the bread of life. Your ancestors ate the manna in the desert, but they died; this is the bread that comes down from heaven so that one may eat it and not die. I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world.”

1094 … Water from the rock was the figure of the spiritual gifts of Christ, and manna in the desert prefigured the Eucharist, “the true bread from heaven.”
1406 Jesus said: “I am the living bread that came down from heaven; if any one eats of this bread, he will live for ever;... he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and... abides in me, and I in him”

Prologue Pg. 4) We Catholics believe that Christ is the Bread come down from Heaven, and with deep and authentic ecumenical love, we lament its sacramental absence among Christian churches of different denominations, but we scarcely understand that that Bread remained among us only “for it to be eaten.”
Saint Augustine said, “No one eats of this flesh without adoring it first […] we would sin if we did not adore it.” [Cf. Enarrationes in Psalmos (Narrations in Psalms) 98.9 CCLXXXIX 1385].
Ch. III: 24) “Those who truly feed themselves with My Body with a living faith, and are moved to practice charity towards their brothers and sisters, will enjoy eternal life since they will have arrived at the end of their lives, by yielding to a different way of life on earth…
Ch. IX: 1) How could we possibly live eternal life if we do not rise from the dead with Jesus? The Lord said, “Those who eat My flesh and drink My blood have life everlasting.” Today, this carries the same meaning: Those who eat the Bread of life today “live eternal life” and are risen from the dead in body and soul. This is a Mystery of Faith.
